Brie Roi De Trèfle Soft Cheese
Brie is a type of soft cheese with a yellowish interior and a white layer (the “rind”) on the outside of the cheese.
The rind is eaten as well as the inside of this cheese.
Like other cheeses, Brie is a dairy product made from cows’ milk.
As a soft cheese, Brie should be left to mature – if it’s still hard when you buy it, leave it in the fridge for a few more days to ripen.
